Project
management,
integrator-aligned
Programme leadership that audits cleanly into your delivery dashboards. Plan, schedule, risk register and reporting layer maintained by PMs who have run installation crews - not consultants who have not.
Approach to delivery.
Project management is the layer that keeps installation, commissioning and customer expectations on the same page. We embed inside the integrator’s reporting cadence - same Gantt, same RAID log, same milestone gates - and own the field-side accountability.
Mobilisation & baseline
Programme baseline: scope, schedule, RAID, resource plan and reporting layer. Embedded inside the integrator’s tooling so the steering committee sees one truth, not two.

Closeout & lessons
Punch-list closure, as-built dossier, customer training and handover. Lessons-learned circulated inside MERIXA and back to the integrator - every programme makes the next one cleaner.

Programme types we run.
Why quality matters.
Most installation programmes drift not because of dramatic events but because small slippages compound. A defect logged but not closed; a dependency assumed but not confirmed; a variance noted but not escalated. The PM’s job is to surface those at the daily cadence so they can be resolved before they reach the steering deck.
We run with the integrator’s tools - Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana, whatever the customer’s standard is. We do not impose a parallel reporting universe; we embed inside yours. One Gantt, one RAID, one truth.
The PMs who do this well are the ones who have run installation crews. They know what a realistic crew-loaded estimate looks like, when a foreman is signalling concern through what they didn’t say, and when a vendor’s “ready by Friday” means “ready Monday next week”.
For integrators, this means programme leadership that does not need its own onboarding before it can deliver. Day-one productive, integrator-native, field-credible.
