Project

integrator-aligned

Programme leadership that audits cleanly into your delivery dashboards. Plan, schedule, risk register and reporting layer maintained by PMs who have run installation crews - not consultants who have not.

Approach

Approach to delivery.

Project management is the layer that keeps installation, commissioning and customer expectations on the same page. We embed inside the integrator’s reporting cadence - same Gantt, same RAID log, same milestone gates - and own the field-side accountability.

Why it matters

Why quality matters.

A programme is on schedule when the next steering pack is boring - and the field still respects you.
- Operations doctrine · MERIXA PMO

Most installation programmes drift not because of dramatic events but because small slippages compound. A defect logged but not closed; a dependency assumed but not confirmed; a variance noted but not escalated. The PM’s job is to surface those at the daily cadence so they can be resolved before they reach the steering deck.

We run with the integrator’s tools - Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana, whatever the customer’s standard is. We do not impose a parallel reporting universe; we embed inside yours. One Gantt, one RAID, one truth.

The PMs who do this well are the ones who have run installation crews. They know what a realistic crew-loaded estimate looks like, when a foreman is signalling concern through what they didn’t say, and when a vendor’s “ready by Friday” means “ready Monday next week”.

For integrators, this means programme leadership that does not need its own onboarding before it can deliver. Day-one productive, integrator-native, field-credible.

Common questions

Project management - questions.

Q.01
Do you bring your own PM tooling, or use ours?
Yours. We embed inside the integrator’s standard - Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana, whichever you run. Internal MERIXA PMO tracking is in addition, not replacement.
Q.02
What is the cadence for status updates?
Daily field stand-up, weekly steering. Out-of-cycle variance memo any time a milestone-affecting risk surfaces. Monthly programme review for multi-site rollouts.
Q.03
Can you take over a programme that has stalled?
Yes - recovery / turnaround engagements are a recognised competency. We baseline the as-is, surface the real critical path and rebuild trust between the integrator, the field crew and the customer’s ops team.
Q.04
Are your PMs certified?
Yes - PMP, PRINCE2 and integrator-specific certifications across the team. But field track record is the entry requirement; certification confirms the discipline.
Q.05
How are change requests handled?
Logged in the change register, costed, scheduled and presented at steering. Customer/integrator decision recorded against the change before any field work shifts. No silent scope creep.
