Every MERIXA engagement runs through the same five-phase lifecycle, from scope freeze to post-go-live support. The phases scale with project complexity, but the gates do not. The diagram below is the same one we present to integrators at scope-freeze.

Two weeks. Site assessment, deliverables register, risk & permit register, costed plan and Gantt baseline. Output: a written method statement signed by the integrator and the customer before any hardware ships.

Method statement
Staff
Two weeks. Crew sized to project schedule, sub-contracts confirmed, OEM-specific safety inductions completed. Customer ops team aligned on access windows, daily hand-back protocol, escalation paths.

Install
