Most integrators engage us at scope-freeze for greenfield programmes and at week N for recovery work. Both routes start the same way: a written brief, a costed plan, and a Gantt that synchronises with your steering committee. We do not bill against vague scope, and we do not pitch with names of integrators we have not closed projects for.
