Privacy policy
Who we are
MERIXA operates this website to present its intralogistics installation services. The data controller is MERIXA, with operations at Royal Wilanow, Franciszka Klimczaka 1, 02-797 Warszawa, Poland. The contact for privacy queries is [email protected].
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the data fields you submit: name, company, email, optional service / industry / timeline / site location, and the project brief. When you visit any page, our hosting provider logs the standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp) for security and audit.
Why we collect it
Contact form data is processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, qualifying the project, and proposing scope. Hosting logs are processed for legitimate interest (site security, abuse prevention, audit trail). We do not run advertising or remarketing tracking on this site.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of, or steps prior to entering into, a contract) for contact form data. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests) for hosting logs.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months after the last interaction, after which they are deleted unless they have transitioned into a contracted engagement (in which case retention is governed by the engagement contract). Hosting logs are retained for 30 days.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share contact-form data with our hosting provider as a data processor under written agreement, and with the integrator partner you have referenced if and only if you have explicitly authorised the introduction.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
Updates
This policy is reviewed quarterly. Material changes are communicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page. The current effective date is 2026.05.
Anything unclear?
Legal queries about this page or about how MERIXA handles data should go to the legal desk. Same response SLA as the rest of the site: four business hours.
